HM Carpet, Inc was founded in 1982 by Hector Montealegre. Currently, HM Carpet boasts four locations, with two offices in Gardena (Los Angeles County), San Bernardino and Las Vegas.
At HM Carpet, we make try to make floor covering fun and enjoyable, maintaining our professional integrity. We employ a well-qualified staff, consisting of engineers, project managers, business development, accounting, sales, business operations and installers. In addition, as a reflection of the diversity Los Angeles harbors, we employ professionals that can assist customers in Spanish, French, Korean, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Cantonese.
In essence, ever since Hector Montealegre founded the company, his vision was to form a company always in sync with ‘the times’, fulfilling client’s expectations by delivering them a professional floor covering service.
We offer a variety of services and products from floor coverings, hardwood floors, and more in Clark County and Las Vegas.

HM Carpet is certified as a Small Business Enterprise with the State of California Department of General Services. HM Carpet also possesses a Minority Business Certification with the Southern California Minority Business Development Council.
Licenses
HM Carpet has both the C-15 & C-54. In simple terms, we can work with ultimately all types of floor covering products, including tile and ceramic.
Growth Company
We understand in order to grow the company HM Carpet needs to partner with qualified people. In the last year, HM Carpet has hired 5 professionals with distinct backgrounds, solidifying HM Carpet’s commercial and wholesale division. We’re not done; we plan to continue recruiting in 2012.
